How we protect your investment

A well-chosen tenant and a well-kept home are what keep your rent steady. We screen every applicant for income, references and rental history, and we inspect the property regularly so small issues are fixed before they become expensive.

We'll always ask before approving any repair above your agreed limit, and you'll see the quote, the invoice and the photos. Nothing is charged to your account without a record you can check.

Are there any setup fees?

No setup fees on Full management. The only costs are the management fee and any repairs you approve.

Well-priced homes are usually let within two to four weeks of listing. We'll suggest changes if interest is slow.

Yes. We'll handle the handover, collect the lease and deposit details, and introduce ourselves to your tenants.

Our management agreement can be ended with [X] days' notice. We'd rather earn your business every month.
