What counts as an emergency?

  • Gas smell or carbon monoxide alarm

  • Major water leak or flooding

  • No power, heat or water

  • Broken external door or window

For emergencies, call the 24/7 line instead of using the form. For everything else, the form is the fastest way to reach us, and adding photos in your follow-up email helps our tradespeople arrive with the right parts. If you smell gas, leave the home and call the gas emergency service first.
